2D Animation

Through a recent app update, I can create 2D animations! Most of my animations are short gifs because of the limited number of frames, but these gifs let me practice planning out motion and understanding how to turn flat images into movement.

While I primarily drawing characters I've created or am inspired by, I also design visual assets and logos. In fact, I designed all of the assets on this website!

While creating my 15-112 term project, I had a mental image for how I wanted the game to look and play. So when I couldn't find the files that matched the image I had in my head, I drew my own! I created assets for various buttons, option screens, card backs, and backgrounds!

When I want to work on specific skills, sometimes I will pull characters or scenes from my favorite shows and video games. This allows me to practice specific art skills such as posing, lighting and shading, facial expressions, visual effects for magic, and backgrounds, as well as giving me practice adopting other's characters into my style!
